Well entrenched far right wing political reluctance to address gun control is a problem. Data still shows that states with strict gun control laws have seen a significant drop in the rate of gun related deaths among children. Not surprising, states with lenient gun control laws have seen a rise. And so, kids continue to be slaughtered, and those on the far right continue to offer thoughts and prayers.
