This disregard for constitutional law has led to his disastrous tenure as nominal head of ICE - U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Egregious behavior by poorly trained ICE agents has led to aggressive, unchecked enforcement tactics that deny people their rights to lawful due process. In several cases, their tactics have led to the deaths of detained individuals.
